Everything that we do is based on expert knowledge and experience, and we are committed to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Our partners include our members, the Confederation of Finnish Industries and its member associations, employee organisations, the Research Institute of the Finnish Economy (ETLA) and the Economic Information Office (TAT).
Palta was formed on 1 January 2011 with the merger of the Employers’ Association of Special Branches, Employers’ Association for Transport and Special Services, Association of Support Service Industries and the Employers’ Association TIKLI. The purpose of the merger was to create a strong, capable and cost-effective employers’ representative organisation that would also bring a large number of service sector businesses under the Confederation of Finnish Industries.
